Reiki is a time-honored, ancient Oriental healing method designed to clear physical, mental, emotional, spiritual (and creative) blocks. Sessions are 60 – 90 minutes and very individualized.

Creative Life Coaching.
A Reiki treatment is conducted through a series of touch patterns. A client lies
down, fully clothed, on a massage table and the practitioner’s hands are placed
in a series of 14-20 positions above and/or lightly on the body. Soft music is
usually played in the background. A sense of relaxation and well-being is the
generally the result. You deserve this!
Reiki session can help ease tension and stress,
and can help support the body to facilitate healing on all levels- physical,
mental, emotional and spiritual. A session is pleasant and relaxing and is
often utilized for one's own personal wellness, creativity & peak
performance - not just illness.
If you feel you are blocked creatively, mentally, physically, emotionally or
spiritually - Reiki may be of benefit. If you feel called to explore energy
